On Tuesday, October 30, at 12 p.m. EST in Washington, D.C., the Institute for Technology Law & Policy at Georgetown Law will host a panel entitled “Digital Platforms & The Right to Sue: A Discussion of the Supreme Court Case Apple v. Pepper.” The event includes a debate between Noreen Krall and Mark Rifkin, counsel for the petitioner and the respondent, respectively.
